Main Information Of CBN grinding Wheels

CBN or Cubic Boron Nitride grinding wheels are electroplated and nickel coated. Electroplating offers many advantages over other applications. It creates a more aggressive bond over other applications and will hold a form longer. It also performs a higher stock removal rate and will last for years. They are designed for sharpening wood band saw only and should not be used for other applications

Any electroplated CBN sharpening wheel for band saw grinding can be produced according to Your requirements.

Different wheel profiles for all kind of wood and seasons are available:

Few mostly used tooth angles, other angles are available as well.

10/30-universal grinding wheel profile, which is used mostly.

9/29- for winter time cutting suitable profile. Sometimes used to cut harder wood as well.

13/29- for soft wood cutting

4/32- for cutting very hard wood or deeply frozen wood.

7 degree profiles- special angles for cutting hickory, white oak, ash, hard maple and other wood.
